On the 16th of June, a hybrid meeting was held with the beneficiaries of the PASS4CORE project, financed by the CEF2 Programme, that was aimed at preparing the next planned reporting activity and assess the progress of the planned interventions.
It was also an opportunity to visit the headquarters of Autostrada del Brennero S.p.A. / Brennerautobahn AG in Trento to check the progress of the works for the construction of the three planned parking areas.
In addition to those of A22, a further 9 parking areas will be built by Interporto Padova, Interporto Toscana Centrale, Interporto Bologna, Interporto Pordenone, Truck One and Truck Village Colleferro, for a total of over 1,000 new safe and secure truck parking spaces along the Core network. Interporto Quadrante Europa, leader of the predecessor project PASS4CORE, is also assisting A22 in coordinating the initiative.
