On November 28, the workshop “Training Paths to Drive the Green Transition in NAPA Ports” took place in Trieste.The event brought together a diverse group of experts, researchers and representatives from NAPA (Northern Adriatic Ports Association) members to discuss the future of skills and competencies in the port sector.
During the workshop, which we helped organize on behalf of CEI and the FVG Region, an interactive roundtable engaged participants in a lively exchange of ideas and priorities on how to equip port professionals with the managerial and strategic skills necessary to address and manage the complexities arising from decarbonization challenges, technological innovation, and regulatory changes.
The outcomes of the workshop will serve as a foundation and starting point for further collaboration on these topics, aiming to create a shared hub for skills development in Adriatic ports.
