On 17 October 2023, a workshop organised by ESPORG in cooperation with the Colleferro Truck Village took place in Colleferro to focus attention on the importance of SSTPAs, which are essential for the well-being of truck drivers and, consequently, for road safety.
As part of this event, a brief progress report was presented on the two PASS4CORE 1 and PASS4CORE 2 projects, co-financed by CINEA and aimed at creating 23 truck parking areas with more than 2,400 parking spaces in 9 different Italian regions, with an investment of almost 39 million euro.
